Scott Ritter has over 22 years of progressive project management experience including major construction projects in transportation, health care, underground utilities, urban street construction, residential construction, claims mitigation, and litigation support.



EXPERIENCE
Construction Management
In his 22 years in the Construction Management field, Mr. Ritter has been involved with all phases of major construction projects from inception through closeout. On projects ranging in size from $1 million to $1.2 billion. Establishing early program schedules, program cost systems, work breakdown structures, contract implementation plans, and preparing formal Project Management Plans. Mr. Ritter has managed diverse groups of Project Controls specialists, Construction Inspection staff, and worked directly with clients as the Project Manager on major Transportation Projects. Mr. Ritter is conversant in civil construction, specialized systems installations, technology based procurements, tenant improvements, residential construction, rail construction, correctional and agency construction projects. He works closely with clients to keep information and decision-making channels open leading to successful projects.

Dispute Resolution, Claims Analysis, and Litigation Support
Resolving disputes before they become major claims saves both project staff time and project budget. Mr. Ritter has the experience to recognize issues that could lead to claims and will work with the contractor and the owner to resolve these issues. Mitigating costly delays through clear communication, and expert analysis of issues as they arise. In support of litigation, Mr. Ritter has assisted in preparation of litigation strategies, cost and schedule analysis, written legal declarations, reviewed and analyzed opposing counsels briefs, and prepared technical reports.
