Transit and Railroad
Tasman East Light Rail, Santa Clara
As the Senior Project Controls Engineer, supervision of the field project controls team that was responsible for maintaining both budget and schedules for the various contracts was provided.

Moscow Subway System
As the Project Leader, maintenance of the overall program schedule and complete project milestones on time and within budget.

Siberian Railroad, Russia
As the Project Team Leader, management of the construction was provided. Project control systems were developed as well.

Commercial and Residential
As the Project Manager, the responsibility for commercial and residential building seismic retrofit projects was provided. Construction schedules, project job costing, management of resources as well as supervision of project staff was also provided.
